Michelle launched her career at Hewitt, then spent over 20 years in a variety of human capital and talent management roles at Accenture – a global management consulting firm. She is also a Leadership Coach for MBA students at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a leadership mentor for Women Unlimited, a renowned provider of leadership development programs for women in Fortune 1000 companies.

 

As a strategic human capital program expert and certified coach, her wide array of experience includes:

Michelle received her Bachelor’s Degree and Master of Science in Organization Development from Loyola University Chicago. She earned a graduate certificate in Organizational Leadership and Coaching from Northwestern University.

Michelle and her husband, Mickey, have two teenaged children, Conor and Bridget. This crew lives in the Chicago suburbs with their beloved golden retriever, Lilly. In addition to spending time with friends and family, Michelle enjoys music, running, biking and cooking.
